| Which video format can I download when I buy your videos? |
| We provide you links to both video formats (mp4 & wmv). You may download either one or both of them. The wmv files are better for viewing on a PC. The mp4 files are better for viewing on iPod or for some mac users. Both file formats are included in your purchase. |

| What are the system requirements to play these videos? |
MP4: You must have Quicktime (version 7 or later) and/or iTunes installed to view the files.
WMV:
You must have Windows Media Player 9 or later or any viewer that can play wmv files.
We provide you download links for both file types for every scene, so you can choose whichever format you prefer, or download both formats if you like.

| Why does my browser name all the files as "download.php"? |
| Some browsers "download manager" to download files. Some of these download managers will attempt to name the file with a ".php" extension at the end of the file name. If this occurs, please rename the file with a ".mp4" extension instead of php and it will work fine. It does not matter what you name the files, as long as they end with the .mp4 file extension. |

| What is the screen size or resolution of the video scenes? |
| The video scenes are displayed at a resolution of 320x240 which is ideal for an iPod screen. |

| In what format or codec are the video scenes encoded? |
| Our iPod video scenes are encoded in mpeg4 format with a quicktime H.264 codec, which can be viewed in iTunes, iPod, or Quicktime 7. All of our scenes are also provided in Windows Media Video 9 format for optimized PC viewing. |

| What can I do if I forgot to add a coupon before I completed my order? |
| Due to costs associated with issuing credit card adjustments, we CANNOT issue credit for discounts after the payment has been completed. The customer is responsible to review their order total before checking out. |

| Can I use a pre-paid credit card or gift card to order a video? |
| Probably not. In order to approve a purchase, your card must have a "billing address" associated with it. We verify the address you provide us in your order against the card to minimize online fraud. Most gift cards and pre-paid credit cards don't have an associated billing address, so our payment processor will not be able to validate them. |

| Do the video scenes have sound? |
| Yes, all scenes are provided complete with full video and audio tracks, unless specifically noted otherwise in the scene description. |

| Is there some way I can test to be sure these videos will work for be before I buy? |
| Yes. Please use our test clip and instructions provided here before you purchase from us. |

| Do I need a special internet connection to purchase and download your videos? |
| The video scenes are large files, ranging in size from 25-140 megabytes each. You will need a broadband connection such as DSL or Cable in order to download our files successfully. |

| Can I keep the scene after I download it, or does it expire at sometime? |
| The files you download from us are standard mpeg4 and wmv files and will never expire. You may keep them and view them as often as you like on your local computer or iPod. It is your responsibility to archive the file(s) once you have downloaded them to your computer. |

| Can I come back later and download a scene I purchased again? |
| The links to your purchased files will expire automatically after 7 days. You must download them within 7 days of purchase. You are limited to a maximum of 3 different IP addresses. Because the files are large and bandwidth is expensive, we limit the number of download locations to avoid file link sharing. |

| Is any membership required to purchase the video scenes? |
| No. You can buy as many or as few scenes as you like, and only pay for the scenes you want. There are no membership fees. Free registration is required on your first purchase, and most of your information will be saved in your account for future purchases. Note: For security purposes We DO NOT save your credit card information and it is NEVER stored on our server. |

| Are the video scenes compatible with my PSP or wireless phone? |
| The video scenes are NOT compatible with PSP or most wireless phones, as they are specially formatted for iPod. If your wireless phone is fully iPod compatible, then they may play on it. Please test using our test video and instructions to be sure, before you purchase. |

| I purchased a video but never received the confirmation or download links. What should I do? |
Upon successful authorization of your payment and completion of your transaction you should see a confirmation screen with the links to download the scene(s) you purchased. You should also receive an email confirmation with this same information, and a purchase receipt.
If there is any problem obtaining an authorization or completing the transaction, you should be presented with a message providing a brief explanation of the problem.
If you received a purchase receipt via email but did not receive links to download your products, please DO NOT resubmit a new transaction or you will be double charged. Instead, just go to MY DOWNLOADS and you will find all your download links there. |

| Why is my credit card being declined for the transaction? |
Our fraud screening filter attempts to prevent "high risk" transactions to reduce credit card fraud. We cannot accept transactions from some Restricted Countries, due to higher than average credit card fraud rates. If your Billing Address OR IP Address OR Credit Card Issuer OR Email Address resides in one of these countries, the charge will be declined. For all other locations, if the Name OR Billing Address OR CV2 Code entered do not match the information on your credit card, the charge will be declined.
You will receive an email from our credit card processor with a description of the decline reason. Please check your email and review the reason before resubmitting more transactions. |
