Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

All online transactions at HornyBoyTV are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form and then decoded when it gets to us. Our shopping cart utilizes the a secure sockets layer. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Your information is encrypted and passed securely to our payment processor. Your credit card information is NOT stored on our server.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Digital Downloads

HornyBoyTV is a digital video store. There are no membership fees to use this site. You pick and choose what you like to see, and purchase only the video clips you want. HornyBoyTV is NOT a streaming video or Video on Demand site. After your purchase you must download and save your videos on your local computer. We do not provide "streaming" videos.

We DO NOT use DRM. You may save and view our scenes on your own computer without time limitation. You are responsible for keeping backups and archiving your own files if you wish to save them for future use.

After your purchase transaction is complete and the credit card is successfully authorized, you will receive an email from us with instructions to download the file(s) you purchased. Once you download the file to your computer, you can save it permanently and view it as often as you like. The videos are viewable in iTunes and Quicktime, and can be transferred to your iPod through the iTunes interface.

It is your responsibility to save and backup the files on your local computer system. When you purchase a digital file, you are entitled to download it to save for local viewing on your computer. Because of the large size of the files, we incur significant expenses for the network bandwidth required for each download. So if you accidentally delete a file and then want to view it again, you will need to purchase it again.

Your download link(s) will remain valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If you experience persisitent technical difficulties and are unable to download the file(s) before they expire, please email us and we will assist you.

Discount Coupons

From time to time we may offer promotional discount coupons to customers. When using a coupon, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure any discounts or coupons are added into their cart and appear in their totals prior to completing checkout. Due to the high costs of credit card processing for adult sites, no credit adjustments will be provided after the purchase is completed.

Refund Policy

HornyBoyTV does not typically issue refunds once the private link to the purchased digital content has been provided. We may at our discretion issue refund or credits in the form of free downloads to resolve customer service issues. The billing system used by this site and our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and the site includes many features to protect users from accidental charges. Refunds to your credit card will be provided only under rare circumstances, such as persistent technical problems originating with our equipment.

We do not issue refunds once the private link(s) to the purchased digital content has been provided, regardless of whether or not you utilize the file(s).

Handling Fees

There are certain high fixed flat fees associated with online credit card authorization and processing for "adult" merchants, regardless of how small the transaction. We charge a flat handling fee of .70 cents per order on small orders (under $3.59) to help defray these fixed transaction costs. Without this fee, we would lose money on many small transactions. This fee is waived on orders of $3.59 or more.

Discrete Billing

Charges on your credit card statement will appear as "RudeBox Media"
